The team was overwhelmed and always playing catch-up. No one knew what was a priority anymore. And burnout? That was just a Tuesday.

I’ve survived in workplaces where decisions take forever, communication is vague, and leadership is more “figure it out” than “here’s our goals.”

And like a lot of people, I was stuck between doing good work and trying not to drown in it.
